Who We Are
Positive Talent Code was formed in 2014.
Positive Talent Code is a global leader in Leadership Development, Performance Development, Integrated Strategic Talent Management, and Psychometric Assessment.
We have worked with individuals, groups, teams, in over 40 organizations to deliver critical assessment, development, and support programs to achieve personal and organizational excellence. Our clients come from local small to global mid-sized organizations and we work with a wide variety of individuals from all areas and industries to achieve higher levels of performance and sustainable engagement and efficient teamwork.
For consultative sales development, we have established an exclusive partnership with Strategic Enhancement Group to offer the award-winning sales development programs, The Counselor Salesperson, The Versatile Salesperson, Building Relationship Versatility, and Coaching the Counselor Salesperson programs from Wilson Learning.
While many things have changed over the years, we remain dedicated to our mission and values that have remained the same.

Rick has extensive experience in assessment, developing people, and integrated talent management as both an internal and external performance consultant. He has worked as a global corporate leader in Talent Management & Training, Leadership and Performance Development, and Human Resources.
Rick has worked with over 40 organizations from the Energy, Oil and Gas, Food and Manufacturing, Chemical, and High-Tech sectors to achieve high-performance and organizational excellence.
Rick also served in the US Navy, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer in the Navy's Nuclear Power Program.
