Rick has extensive experience in assessment, developing people, and integrated talent management as both an internal and external performance consultant. He has worked as a global corporate leader in Talent Management & Training, Leadership and Performance Development, and Human Resources.
Rick has worked with over 40 organizations from the Energy, Oil and Gas, Food and Manufacturing, Chemical, and High-Tech sectors to achieve high-performance and organizational excellence.
Rick also served in the US Navy, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer in the Navy's Nuclear Power Program.
